What is your cancellation policy?

Course Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the course start date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 4-1 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start date are not eligible for a refund
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@qtiom.com

Course Cancellation by QTI

  • QTI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • In case of cancellation by QTI, participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the course start date
  • Participants will have the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund

What is your refund policy?

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
