OPAL H₂S & SO₂ Awareness & Escape Training in Oman | QTI The Quality Training Institute (QTI) delivers the official OPAL H₂S & SO₂ Awareness and Escape Training in Oman under the Unified HSE Passport system. This mandatory OPAL HSE Training is designed for personnel working in sour gas environments, ensuring they understand the properties, hazards, and detection methods of H₂S and SO₂. The course covers emergency response procedures, respiratory protection, and safe escape techniques. Through practical drills, participants build confidence and essential skills to react effectively in H₂S exposure situations. Upon successful completion, candidates receive an endorsement for H₂S & SO₂ on their OPAL Unified HSE Passport, recognized across Oman’s oil & gas industry, proving compliance with national safety training requirements. Prerequisites

  • Valid Civil ID or Resident Card for OPAL registration
  • Mandatory for staff working in sour gas facilities
